We have taken the king of olives for our Olympia marinated olives. Gorgeous pitted kalamata olives and lovingly marinate it with garlic cloves, sweet peppers and herbs. We use a little bit of vinegar for a touch of acidity and balance. We then bring it all together with oil. Just delicious and perfect as table olives or in salads.

Olympia Marinated Olives
Ingredients: Kalamata Pitted Olives, Garlic Cloves, Sweet Pepper, Herbs, Vinegar, Salt, Rapessed Oil.
Once opened keep refrigerated. Keep away from direct sunlight and always use a clean spoon to remove the olives from the tub. Keep the olives submerged under the oil or the brine for best results. Consume within the date indicated on the packaging.
