It is made from Koroneiki olives which are famous for their rich aroma and flavour. This area of Crete borders the Aegean sea and offers an ideal micro climate to nurture olive growth. This delicious oil is made from cold pressed olives for superior quality and taste.

Extra virgin olive oil is a great source of antioxidants, which are compounds that help fight inflammation and chronic disease. The oil’s main antioxidants include the anti-inflammatory oleocanthal, as well as oleuropein, a substance that protects LDL (bad) cholesterol from oxidation.
